Sendo M550

I've had three of these phones now and they have all broken. On my first one the number 2 didn't work, on my second one the screen mysteriously broke. On my replacement one it repeatedly turned itself off.

The only good thing, I can think of about this phone is that it looks good.

Bought this for my hubby to use at work. Doesnt do anything fancy but a good phone. Cheap and cheerful and does what it says on the tin.

IT IS A VERY SIMPLE MOBILE PHONE. PERFECT FOR SOMEBODY WHO ONLY USES IT TO CALL OR SEND MESSAGES i.e texts

With so many gadgets being attached to mobile phones these days, the mobile phone as we knew it is fast disappearing. The Sendo M550 has remained my favourite mobile phone as that what it is, simply a mobile phone.

None of the latest designs match it for it's classic clam shell style - compact and straight to the point. I don't want a camera, mp3 player, fm radio, bluetooth strapped to my mobile, give me a classic iconic Sendo M550 (Yes it has polyphonic ringtones!) with it's colour screen and little else.

I decided to buy this phone as i am interested in having a modern up to date phone and it works perfectly for me as my old phone was a flip. It does it main important job, it rings.

i have used the above phone for approx, 5 years and like the no fuss style, it is no longer being made, and i have to buy second hand

Ideal as a back up phone, has good battery life and ring tones, no calculator which is a bit frustrating. I bought it as a back up as i always forget to charge my phone!

I bought this as a replacement for my last phone which after about 5 years has stopped working properly. Its a fairly basic flip phone but thats fine for me as I dont need to take photos and I dont need WAP or a touch screen etc

Its very small and light and answers upon flipping it open... the only slight irritation is that the message list gets clogged up fairly often and you have to delelte your old txt messages

This is a nice basic phone with a really good battery life. It's easy to turn off any unwanted keypad or information beeps and is pretty easy to use. Selecting the right punctuation marks when texting can be a bit long winded and the exterior display is a bit small (tricky to see if you're shortsighted), but otherwise I absolutely love this phone.

I bought the phone as it is a nice small phone and i though it was very cheap (a bargain )It hasent got a camera buy i was not bothered as it does what i need it to do (TX AND CALL) .Overall it is a excellent little phone.

Its a very light in weight mobile phone, which has the basic features without a camera. i was very pleased with the price and how simple it is to operate. it does come on Virgin network only but it can be unlocked to all other networks, which i have done.

For users on the Virgin network, this robust little clamshell phone represents fantastic value for money. No fancy gadgets that you'll never use - just a straightforward, easy to use mobile!

Bought it for my wife, who was looking to replace her Siemens unit. She was sceptical at first, but now she absolutely loves it - to such an extent that she got me to buy a 2nd unit, in case she loses or breaks the 1st.

My only gripe is the size of the screen - a little on the small side - but that's just me nitpicking!

Available for next to nothing on eBay - how can you go wrong?

Want a small flip phone that is basic but still looks ok? Maybe a first phone for a kid thats only going to have cost pennies when they loose/drop/take it apart. This Sendo fits the bill. It will look tatty after a while if its not wrapped in cloth and any child will soon grow out of it...No camera, predictive text, MP3 etc. For an old wrinkly like me its a great back up to leave in the car/drawer for when memory loss means I forget the main one.

This is alovely easy to use phone, It is nice & light. Even my grandma could use it. It has all the usual things a phone has. Recomended phone.

This is an excellent basic flip phone. Battery life is very good compared to the Sagem I had before. I like it.

I like the Sendo M550 mobil phone
Its very basic, uncomplicated, easy to use and cheap.
I have now purchased two of these phones and the first one worked very well
for almost four years and I expect the new phone to do the same.

I love the compact size, and design. It is a very simple phone to use, very basic yet stylish. The vibration facility is very strong unlike some phones, so it alerts you immediately. I bought it as I had sadly lost my old phone, and wanted to replace it with an identical one that I was familiar with.

If you want a simple straight forward phone with no frills this is the phone for you. It's compact and still looks good today even though the design is a good few years old.
