Seiko Britannica Concise Encyclopedia ER8000 Dictionary

really like it, it has so much info and games too, very userfriendly, would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the English language and crosswords

Having already owned Seiko ER3500 And ER6000 I decided to look for a replacement ER6000 in case my own was lost
I couldnt obtain An ER 6000 but discovered that ther was an ER 8000
The specification looked good and on receipt i was amazed its smaller faster and easier to use The full screen makes use easier and the Knowledge search function is invaluable It is amazing what can be carried in your pocket . On top of that I made an almost 20% saving by buying brand new on E Bay

This desktop / pocket tool is a must have for all those people who need to write official documents and more importantly read & understand other peoples documents.

My spelling is not prefect (oops! perfect) so the predictive dictionary is invaluable, and don't like to repeat (replicate, copy, duplicate, reproduce, mirror) words in a sentence, then the thesaurus is ideal.

The encyclopedia although limited is very informative and like the games will keep you busy for five minutes when you're quiet in the office and help you learn a few things at the same time.

The aesthetics and the ergonomics of the design are good (it looks good, is easy too use and it fits in your palm with the buttons well spaced - can you tell I have been using the thesaurus already) and even my fat little fingers can use it!

In short, although pricey, if you have a spare few quid, need a gift for the man / woman who has everything or just like gadgets it is definately the I.T. toy for you. I found it was definately worth the money.

present for my Wife.She is a crossword and quizword enthusiast and finds it very good as a reference when she gets stuck on a question.Its goes in her handbag wherever we travel

the item is good for writing letters and great to do spell checks on letters.
