Saw (DVD 2005)

This has so many twists and turns it's worth watching again, though the first time you realise what is happening certainly leaves you gasping. The overall story takes time to emerge but it works well with a good pace for the thrill to be exposed.. right at the end. Excellent, with someone's gory imagination taking you on a gruesome journey.

I dont normally buy this kind of film but when i SAW it on Sky Movies i just had to buy it for my collection!!
Guessing by the Movie title i knew a saw would be involved but i didnt know it plays such a little part in this Brilliant thriller!
The film itself is about 'the jigsaw killer' who likes to kidnap people and watch them suffer whilst trying to escape death. He puts them in sick traps causing them to die in disgusting ways.
However dont let this put you off, because it is a brilliant film to watch!

If you like blood, guts and gore as well as a mystery to solve this is the movie for you. Who is doing this to people can you tell? I was gripped from the moment poor Leigh Whannell woke up in a bath full of water to find himself locked in a room with a dead body and the man he has been following. Why would any one put other people through these experiences? Watch the movie and find out, I dare you.

At last an end to the constant remakes of the old classic horror/thrillers that seem to have invaded our cinemas lately. Thoroughly enjoyed the originality of this movie, not too much gore, nice twist at the end. The acting was a little a strained but it was good to see some relatively unknown actors have a stab at a half decent script. I think this film will stand the test of time based on originality alone. I look forward to seeing more from Whannel & Wan, hopefully a new force to be reckoned with in the art of suspense. They certainly made me appreciate my life!!

brillint this is a must see but be warned you will want to watch the rest of them ive seen all of them now there all brilliant. you will be kicking your self at the end of it who the killer is?
