Samsung G800 Phone

I got the G800 just before christmas. i was unsure between the G800 and U700, but plumped for the G800 because of the 5MP camera. Although the U700 is a lot lighter,i wanted a good camera, and i was not keen on the touch sensor buttons and menu wheel (its a bit like the wheel on an ipod, but is a bit quick)
The G800 is quite a chunky phone but i dont mind this and was expecting a fair sized phone to hold all the features that it offers. The camera is good, but if you dont use the flash the photos can be quite blurry unless the image is REALLY still! and im still trying to get a decent night shot with the 'Xenon' flash that was supposed to be superb.(I dont know if its something i am yet to figure out!) but apart from that, i have got some great shots from the camera.
The phone memory could have been more, but with the memory card back up, its ok.
i really like the big screen and the video imaging is good and clear. And it has lots of great quirky additional features that are fun to have. (fun number formats when typing, and some good wallpaper options)
i have downloaded lots of songs onto the phone and i think the playback quality is brilliant.
Overall i am really pleased with my choice, at the end of the day the texts and call options are great, everthing else is a fun bonus! and its such a stylish phone!!
Dont be suprised about the weight of this phone, you will get used to it. the last flimsy phone i had, snapped when i dropped it, so i personally feel more comfortable with a heavier phone.
Buy it, its great!!
