The Samsung 40"LE40R73BD is an LCD Television with a 40 inch screen and a 1366 x 768 pixels display resolution, which makes it a 720p which is starting to date now with advent of 1080i. The aspect ratio for this HDTV-Ready Television TV is 16:9. Worth mentioning is the inclusion of a Built-in Tuner, usb and memory card ports which allow oyu to display your digital camera photos on the Television.
The pros of this LCD are the Picture-in-Picture Feature, Wide viewing angle, Speaker power, Rear HDMI Input.

However the speaker output maybe loud but is slightly lacking in bass.Overall for the money you can not fault this LCD and I would recommend Samsung as a brand.
