Rosemary Conley's Gi Jeans Weight-Loss Workout (DVD)

I am currently on the GI Jeans diet, attending the Rosemary Conley club, so i was really looking forward to getting this dvd. I cannot believe how disappointed i was. The music wasn't that great, the workout was so much like the workouts she has done before so it seemed very samey. The backdrop was very outdated and 80's looking, in fact i felt like i was playing one of my mothers old videos! I was expecting a section on help/tips with the diet but their wasn't one? The actual picture quality of the dvd wasn't that great either! The salsacise section was ok but it's much more worthwhile buying the dedicated salsacise dvd she does than buying this. I personally wouldn't really bother with this one.

SIMPLE TO FOLLOW EXERCISES SPLIT INTO SECTIONS FOR ANY FITNESS LEVEL OR ABILITY. I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER ROSEMARY CONNELLY DVDS ARE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM BUT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IT HAS WORKED ON MY PROBLEM AREAS.

This is a great DVD, and would have to say musically it's the best of her DVD's, which encourages you to do it more often. Easy to follow and certainly works. You won't regret buying it.

i bought this dvd to tone up. i had an old video in the past and this did work, so that's why i chose rosemary connelly.
it's a good workout dvd with three sections. the second section is really hard to follow unless you can dance!!! but i will use this workout at a later stage as you don't have to do all 3 sections in one go.
no bad points all good you know you have worked out the following day your muscles hurt!!!

This DvD did everything it said it would. I exercised 3 times in the first week and loved every minute especially when I got on the scales at the end of the week and found that I had lost 7lbs and felt and looked so much trimmer round the middle. Enjoy.
