
Rosemary Conley's Five Day Fat Burner

Recently had broken leg and sat about for 12 months doing not a lot. Didnt feel confident enough to go to a class so bought this instead. I found it very good, as you can do as much or as little as you feel capable of. There is a clock running so you can see how long you have been working. Took a bit of time to get used to the moves (I have two left feet!) but am gradually increasing the time spent. I started off struggling to get through the warm up, but have now progressed a little further eaqch time and it is good. Only shifted 2 k in a couple of weeks, BUT my stamina and strength is increasing so it is working. My duff leg is also feeling better, having now regained most of the muscle tone lost during 8 months of plaster casts.
I would recommend this for anyhone just starting to exercise as it is gradual and very well explained. If you already do exercise this is good too as there are two levels of workout (shown by two other people in shot)so that you can follow the more strenuous one if you wish.
