These dvds are suitable for any level of fitness, even those with mobility problems as there is a specially designed chair workout. Each workout has 3 different levels of fitness, therfore you can folow the person that matches your current level of fitness and progress from there. If you do not have the time to do a full workouts there are sections you can split by doing one section one day and one the next and there are even 5 1 min workouts for those of us that have very little time to spare!! Great value for money too!! I have been doing these workouts nearly everyday since i got them so highly recommended.

This three pack is great value for money -the 'Ultimate' DVD being the best of all. I use that one regularly, only using the other two now and then to vary my workout. The exercises are graded so you can do the same ones at different levels the fitter you get. The women doing the workouts are 'real' women too...not sinewy gym instructors or models turned DVD stars. They are ordinary mums, working women etc., and all had weight problems before starting the programme...and now look fantastic. There is even a sitting down workout for people who have to (or want to)go easy or are disabled.

I absolutely love these DVDs. They work you to just the right level and enable you to make the choice of how hard you work yourself. I have always liked Rosemary Conley's DVDs and the toning sections really get you toned up in no time. I know i will stick with these DVDs, they are all fun, energetic with great music and shape you up in no time at all.

Rosemary Conley 3 pack DVDRosemary Conley may be a bit of an antique in her fashion and makeup but i have tried half of the dvds out there and none of them make you sweat and i mean sweat like these do,,,,i love working out on them and highly recommend anyone looking for an effective workout!!!

Multi level timed workouts, something for everyone, any age, pregnant etc. aeorbic, dance and yoga. A very good buy all round. Excercises tend to be very similar though in each DVD, but the way they're timed, you can choose the length of your workout from 10 through to 50 minutes +. great motivation for the uninspired, or the downright busy parent.

) I needed an exercise program that I could do at home, first before I go to a class. I am also disabled and the ultimate whole body work out is just up my street. I had tried the five day fat burner before as igot it from the libary, so i knew what it was like, I prefer my own so you can do it around the bad days.

my wife thinks these dvds are brilliant. she had a rosemary conley video which was used every day, so much that the picture was becoming grainy. i tried to get the same on dvd but it must only be avaliable on video. i tried this pack for her as an alternative and she is as pleased as punch, the 40 minutes a morning she did with the video has grown to over an hour each day now and she says she says she feels good afterwards without being too overworked. i would recommend anyone who is looking for a gentle but thorough excercise program to try these dvds
