The inspector is back, better than ever! Near the beginning of the film, we see how he tried to arrest a blind guy with the little monkey outside a bank that was being robbed at the same time. When confronted later by the boss, he claimed that he was busy trying to arrest the "minkey". And basically the hilarious starts from there...

Great movie, really funny and peter sellers act really well in it. Worth buying the whole collection of the old pink panther, much better than the new one.
