In summary the best touch screen phone bar the IPhone. Plus side is the 'click' feel on screen keyboard and the general quality of the screen, as well as the general Blackberry reliability. On the minus side is the annoying screen accelearator that flips the screen around all the time, the lack of WIFI connection and the slowness when picking up the phone. Battery life could be a little better but still not bad. Maybe sounds negative, but the phone is miles better than say the Omnia in all respects bar the camera.

What a wonderful piece of technology. The phone arrived in good time well packed and as new, however it was locked to Vodaphone. First stop my local unlocker, having unlocked the phone I found, to my dissapointment, the phone would only function in GPRS mode i.e NOTHING MORE THAN A PHONE. All be it a very good looking phone. I then rang my service provider ORANGE, what helpful friendly advice they gave. I was informed that I would need to activate the Blackberry service, so feeling I'd made a mistake,as I am a pay as you go customer, I asked about the contract. To my amazment NO CONTRACT REQUIRED, just a £5 top up each month to keep the Blackberry service. EXCELLENT VALUE. So with the phone fully functional I was impressed.

The phone gives real time Email account access, very usefull, even has built in sat nav,word document reader, excel document reader and even a power point viewer.All this on top of the usual pda type aplications.

The phone itself is quite large, compared to a normal hand set, however the touch screen is amazing, and the clarity second to none. However the touch screen facility was a bit hit and miss and took a bit of getting use to. I fitted a screen protector and the touch screen function was improved beyond belief. Having used the phone for a few weeks I am still impressed, but the battery life is poor neading charging every 48 hours. If the excellent media player, that plays music, video, picture slide show and any voice notes that are made,is used the battery will nead charging daily. I have updated the phone to the latest software version, a painless task, using the excellent desk top software. The Blackberry Apps store is now open with many apps free. The range of apps is quite limited to date, however it's early days and hopefully they will fill the store with new and exciting apps to compare to the iPhone apps store.

So over all an EXCELLENT PHONE well presented WELL DONE Blackberry RIM.

Hi. I am currently using BlackBerry storm. Before that I was using, BlackBerry Bold and I must say, when I switched over to this phone, I really had a tough week of getting used to of touch screen. After a week, I begun to enjoy using this phone as u you read all your messages on wide screen (Thanks to Accelerometer). I can not compete this phone with Iphone but this phone is one of its own kind. The problem I am having with this phone is, I can't synchronize it with my Laptop but this problem was there even before Storm. So Blackberry really needs to work hard to come out with the PC suite that works with MacBook. Overall, I am happy with the phone. Thanks

I like the phone, but its a bit big though. The touch screen takes a while to get used to. But apart from that the phone is ok. I decided to buy this phone because I wanted a blackberry and I like touch screen.

Brilliant phone, a lot smaller and lighter than it looks, and quite easy to navigate around. Would definitely advise buying screen protector tho.

I love the Blackberry storm, its a cool phone to have. After somuch research & bidding i am happy to have got the best phone on the best deal.

basically if you buy this phone and you are going to have it on pas as you go. dont bother. you wont be allowed into the applications purchase place, most apps will be trials as you cant unlock them and the internet wont work. Other than that, if you just want it to do normal phone and txts then it is great. easy to use keyboard and good menu layout.

So far so good. Changed from a HTC Tytn II. Had a Samsung omnia before but didn't like Windows Mobile on a full touchscreen device.

Have to say the Storm is in a different league. Virtual Keypad is very easy to use and the screen resolution and sensitivity are fantastic. Everything looks really sharp. Text messaging is easy, as are emails, instant messages etc.

If you have friends with a Blackberry then you should buy this phone. Early days but I love it.

Only complaint so far is the battery life is shorter than I would have hoped but you can't have everything can you?

This is a great phone, with excellent features. Really great for business men who wants to be in touch with their email accounts and internet browsing anywhere

WOW,I never thought a phone could be so good yet we have one here,i bought this for my wife but have kept it myself and will have to source another one for her.Truly an awesome phone,fantastic screen,very easy to operate/navigate.You can push an email out in no time,and this has an inbuilt Gps so my tomtom is briliant on it.The spec is again awesome far too much to list here,a bit expensive at the moment but we have to pay for quality.
Definitely the number one phone on the market at the moment if you have a need for it.Not recomended if you only need a push and talk phone but if your into technical things then this is a must have.10/10 from me if i can hold onto it long enough.

great phone bit complecated but once you have set it up its realy good phone,
the web pages are clear & fast, the e-maail side of the phone is fast and instant when you get a e-mail on your computer it goes to your phone in a instance, would recomend this phone to enyone

i have a blackberry storm and the new software on it is fantastic, really fast and accurate. really good phone and would recommend this phone to anyone and would like to say dont knock it until you try it.

It's just so beautifull! It's very handy and much better than the iphone! only issue is that it gets dirty easily but its no big deal!

Best phone I've had so far, don;t get me it has somethings that are far from perfect and get on your nerves but ovedr all the design is just truely brilliant, especially the click enter touch screen.
Not good for ocd people though, always requires cleaning :O)

The Blackberry Storm... So Amazing...
Once having owned a Blackberry you get quite attatched to the fact of receiving your Emails anywhere & Basicly just about Everywhere as a Business Man this is very efficient Mobile phone to own. I must admit I have always loved a Nokia & still do, but now having owned The ultimate Touchscreen Blackberry Storm Mobile SmartPhone this becomes more than just a Business Mobile Smartphone, this is one Truly great Business phone to use, to look at & more besides: Fantastic Pictures, Ultimate internet access, Great for Music & also to top it off its good for games. Unless you are familiar with this so sensitive Touchscreen then this is about the only thing that may put you off, I am stating the fact, get to grips on how to use the sensitive Touchscreen and you will be not only very attatched to this Great business mobile Smartphone but also you may find it very hard to put this Amazing Mobile Phone down for just 10 Mins.

This phone is not easy to use and don't like the OS much but the worst thing is the touch screen, compared to the Omnia and iphone is is very difficult to use. I will not be keeping this phone, will stick with my Omnia and wait for iphone to be availale on Voda.

Dont buy this crap handset,phone goes itself to landsacpe mode, and its so annoying that you cant even think of it and touch screen is not good compare to iphone, so guys becareful.

Wrong informations fropm the seller like his telephon No and no respond by E Mail , More than one month to solve the problem.

Not a good phone at all and i don't recommend it to anyone. Touch screen is not accurate at all and it does freeze every time you try to use it and there is not a decent update out yet so we need to cross our fingers for Blackberry Magnum.
