I liked the fact it was in 3 individual Cd's

Cd#1 with the older hits from the 70's
Cd#2 was more modern 80's hits
Cd#3 was the latter ones late 80's, and duets with Freddy Mercury and kind of sad ones ,written evidently, when he was diagnosed with AIDS and seems to be saying goodbye to his fans.

A treble album worthy of owning.

Queen have done a lot of great hits. I never considered myself a fan when they were alive and kicking, but through listening to the CD (and seeign the we will rock you musical), you realise just how many great songs they had. No collection should be without it.

I love Queen & their music, this collection of 3cds has all their hits, which is why I bought it. All Queens best music in one set - Excellent !!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of sound is second to none, great to hear freddie again. What a sound, what a performer. The ultimate album for Queen fans. Nuff said

How do you go about making a Greatest Hits album when the majority of the songs are hits? This is the problem Queen faced while producing this disc. With fan-favorites such as "We Will Rock You" to classics such as "I Want To Break Free," there is something in store for everybody and this is not being said loosely. Queen covered a multitude of genres. From soft to rocking, you'll find something you will cherish and love for a long time. Every single track is a party favorite. The only questionable is why "Bohemian Rhapsody" isn't present.

The lyrics are fantastic as usual. Nothing too deep and nothing too shallow, just the right kind of tone. Some songs even contain humor (Fat Bottomed Girls). Some bands feature lyrics that don't go well with the song and sometimes, the whole lyrical flow is just lost. Not with Queen, everything blends together in a soothing manner. It's like each of these songs was meant to be. Freddie Mercury is a genius when it comes to tone. He has perfect harmony with every instrument on every single track.

You might say that this could be the best Christmas or Birthday present and you may be right. Whether a person has been listening to Queen since their first album or has never even heard of them, they will be sure to fall in love with them. Queen is the kind of band you have a hard time hating. Each song is different in every sense of the word and variety is the key to their success.

My son has become a fan of Queen and was desperate to have all of their hits. He's only 11 and we live in France. That just goes to show how good Queen really were I think. He's thrilled with the collection.

Went to see Mercury a cover band and although I never enjoyed Queen when I was going up (being a Northern Soul girl) I was amazed that I knew a lot of the words to their songs! Managed to get this album at a good price on Ebay and it's regularly played at high volume with my 7 year-old grandson who loves it too!

What can i say about queen, the ultimate super group simply the best ever, from the first to the last track the best ever .

Some blasts from the past and some excellent callabritive work with modern artists. Even a bit of New Queen. Hours of smiles, just had to get a copy for the summer hols!

i love queen have been meaning to get this cd for ages,this cd is excellent quality,i love all the songs and was quite a bit cheaper than in the shops.

If you are a Queen fan then this is definitely for you. There are three CD's in the collection which cover all areas of their work.
The first CD is their LP Greatest Hits 1, which is all their earlier work - Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Little Thing Called Love and We Are The Champions. The second CD is their LP Greatest Hits II, which is covering the later years - Under Pressure, Innuendo and I'm Going Slightly Mad. Finally the 3rd CD - Greatest Hits III has tracks with other singers, such as Elton John and of course Montserrat Caballe; singing with Queen. It also has tracks from individual Queen members - from work they have done on their own.
It really is a must have - even if you aren't a huge Queen fan, you will definitely have heard a lot of the songs before; and it is a great way to own the whole range of Queen from beginning to the very tragic death of Freddie Mercury.
If you are thinking of buying a Queen CD and can't decide which one to get, well I would recommend that you splash out and buy this collection - I really don't think you will regret it for one moment.

Queen Hits 2 - also has 17 tracks that were off the original hits 2 release cd.

Queen Hits 3 - has 17 tracks previously unreleased by Queen and some renditions of Queen music by additional artists, some with the remaining band line-up.

Also on Queen Hits 3, are songs by Brian May - Driven by you, George Michael and Elton John amongst many that make up the third cd.
