Have never owned a digital camera before and this is a simple little camera to start with. Its easy to use with my lap top and pictures down load very easily. As it only has 3 mps the pictures are quite clear.
Only disadvantage is that it does not have rechargeable batteries and it eats the normal ones.

If you are looking for a cheap and usable digi this one will fit the bill.
The camera is dated 3mp -slow - cheap plastic casing - small 1.5in screen and if you pay > £15 ( 2008 ) you will regret it ( i paid more and DID regret )
I bought it as a pressie for a grandchild and - yes she was happy with it BUT she was 4 yrs old
These are in my view a cheap backup for holidays if you are afraid of loosing / breaking a decent one but Having said that I got reasonable pics and it has an expandable memory via SD card - battery life is SHORT so use re-chargeable -- if its < £15 ok BUT you wont sell it for more

Pink Camera DS-3081SThe camera does not have a "cheap plastic casing" but a grey swede one! this camera is perfect for beginners using digital camera's, its nice and compact so will fit in any handbag!
