Pokemon The Movie 2000 (DVD 2001)

Pokemon 2000 is about a collector who caught the legendary birds and is trying to catch the ultimate Pokemon: Lugia. The birds break free and cause havoc! The prophecy says that "the world will turn to ash" when Lugia cannot control the birds. As you can guess the film has a happy ending, but the plot is good. The animation is brilliant, with a mix of 2D and 3D. This, in my opinion, is the best Pokemon movie made.

Pokemon the movie 2000 is the second official pokemon movie.
It has a little something for everyone, it's cute, funny and exciting.
It is suited for an audience of around 8-11, but It is fun for all the family.

A must have for serious Pokemon fans, the only movie to feature character Tracey.

Ash and friends end up landing at an island during a bad storm, and get caught up in the on going festival.
Ash journeys to save the world from the apocalyptic effects of the 3 legendary birds - Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

Daughter wanted this dvd. It came in good time and was exactly as decribed. Daughter very happy at xmas when she opened it.

great item from this seller even included a sweet drumstick to show that this guy really cares about his /her customer would be more than happy to do bussiness with the seller again my son really enjoyed this dvd cant wait for another bargain to pop up again i will be waiting..........................................

I have been collecting a range of dvd's for my child of which he is fanatical about, and being of a young age holds tight to any promises made. So when you recieve an item that wont play on a uk dvd player that was sold in the uk, you get to feeling really dishearted with the whole ebay process,especially when you see your child heart broken as they dont fully understand what you are saying to them.
Although now looking at the very small description on this item it does state region 1 in very tiny writing, i would still hold the seller responsable for not making it clear and bold that unless you intend yo use this item in canada and the u.s.a., then dont bother bidding for it as it wont work.
Now im left with a dissapointed child and out of pocket by the amount for the item as i didnt use paypal.
I sincerely hope that the seller has a conscience, and offers me a full refund, only time will tell?
Other than the major hiccup in this buying process, the seller was very nice in communication, but that doesnt take away the fact that he/she has committed fraud by not stating clearly, and concisely,the product nature in hand and has therefore deceived his bidders.
My message to all that reads this is, read throughly before you buy something, dont just bid on it because it looks like a bargain as it might just come back to haunt you!.

This is a truly beautiful family movie and inspired my eighteen year old son's love of Japanese animation. He is now an art and film studies student and is taking a year out next year to travel to Japan to study his heroes in more detail. These include the wonderful Anime and Studio Ghibli collection which are the most beautifully created and artistically magnificent movies with haunting musical soundtracks. Everyone should see them. They are not just for children. This film which I purchased from ebay is of excellent quality and a treasure for our collection.

Daughter has a 'thing' about Pokemon so this was bought as a treat.
She absolutely loved it and has already watched it numerous times.
She tells me that there is a very good story line in the movie and are interesting. There are sonme very funny parts in it and they don't loose their humour on repeated viewing!!!

I WISH MORE LEGENDARY POKEMON WERE INVOLVED LIKE RAIKOU,SUICUNE,ENTEI,GROUDON,KYOGRE,RAYQUAZA,CELEBI AND JIRACHI.
