Pioneer HDJ-1000 Professional Headphones

I bought these headphones from the seller under the impression that they were a genuine pioneer product. However, on receipt of the product, i discovered that they were, infact, not a genuine Pioneer pair of headphones. I have tried to contact the seller to arrange a refund, as the headphones are not of the quality that a genuine pair would be, but have heard nothing back. the Headphones sold by this ebay seller are of poor quality, and I would advise anybody against buying from "Dealmad".
