I recently was using a 8400 gs small card didnt do well with windows 7 so i decide to upgrade but didnt wanna spend alot of money, aponding searching i saw this cheap and new card it was 9600 cso, it seems like grea t value for money so i decide to buy the card and check to see if their was improvments and it was shock this card scores 6.7 on windows index score, it plays most new games on mid/high with no aa, so great vaule for money, if i want to upgrade i would more than denfitly by 2 of these instead of getting new card

Good graphics - quicker than ati 4670 in all but the highest resolution
can be overclocked to near 8800gt performance
Come with all the accessories to get me started, even a fun - don't disturb sign.
If you want a good cheap mid range graphics card that can be overclocked lots.
Buy a 9600 GS.
