This dvd was very easy to follow, it even gave you slightly easier options of particular excercise moves for the complete novice, who like
me have a problem coordinating movement of legs and arms together. The most difficult part of this excercise programme is remembering to breath correctly when excercising. There are helpful hints and tips highlighted at the side of the workout film to help you even further, and the instructor is very helpful in advising you on how to perfect your technique without risk of incurring injury. I found that the running time of 38 minutes was just about the correct amount of time to spend excercising for the complete novice, and that when combined with a healthy eating plan can help with gradual weight loss.
