Allan Menezes is a clear and precise instructor in this DVD which takes the viewer step by step, through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the muscles that support the lower back. Interestingly, it's the lower stomach muscles that are the ones that require the most work to support the lower back.
I have suffered lower back pain for nearly 12 years, and after doing the exercises 3 times a week for 2 weeks I was out of pain completely. However, expect to continue doing the exercises at least once a week to maintain muscle tone or you'll start to suffer again.
This DVD is intended for those people suffering muscular back pain, so before you buy this DVD, make sure you get your back checked out by your GP to rule out the possibility that you have a slipped disc or worse.
