I recently bought this dvd as an introduction to Pilates. I have been doing it for about a month and have found it to be very accessible and easy to use, especially considering that I'm not the fittest person in the world!

The dvd is about 45 minutes long, so it's easy to fit into your day, even if you have a busy schedule!

The routine does increase your flexibility and definitely tones your stomach, but as it is not aerobic exercise it doesn't really aid weight loss, if that's what you're looking for. Also, once you've been doing it for a little while, you might wany to try something a little more advanced!

Overall, a very good dvd for beginners.

I am a Pilates teacher and a client of mine wanted a DVD to take back home with her, so i reccomended this one as i had bought the Advanced Pilates DVD a few months back.
These DVD's are very explained in a professional manner with professional people actually doing the exercises.
