) I brought these speakers for my desktop pc, i wasn't expecting to be able to blast out music or anything but i at least wanted to be able to hear the music i play, sound is so quiet it is unhearable if someone is having a conversation, they would be great if you wanted to strap them to your head and use as earphones but as speakers they have absolutely no purpose. It isnt just me who thinks so, type in Philips SBP1100 and the poor reviews come thick and fast, i wish i had before i'd wasted £7, i usually do read reviews before i buy but being philips i stupidly thought i couldnt go wrong, i now know differently! I cant believe Philips have made and put their name to this product which isnt at all fit for purpose. Dont buy this! even if you just want speakers to hear the noises your pc makes, if you cant hear music though them you certainly wont hear clicks and sounds.
