Philips HR1858/97 650 watt juicer

An excellent juicer!
I have owned several philips juicers, believing that they represent the best value for money in terms of home juiceing, and this model is no exception. I bought this particular model to use at work and it has not dissapointed, it delivers to almost exactly the same standard as the philips 1861 'aluminium' juicer (which has a 700 watt motor) and will cost you about half the price. The only difference easily noticeable is that this model is slightly noisier, but not a real problem unless you want to be juicing stuff at 3am.
This juicer makes light work of apples - small enough and you don't even have to chop them, just chuck them straight in; pineapple, citrus fruits (you can leave the skin on if you like, but makes it a lot more zesty), grapes, berries, carrots, cucumber, broccoli, celery and most other non fibrous fruit or veg you may wish to juice. (i.e. no bananas!)
I have also found that a good amount of juice is extracted using this juicer, and it comes with a handy little jug that fits the spout so you don't miss a drop and can see how much you're getting via the measurements on the side.
I would definitely reccommend this product to anyone who wishes to buy a good juicer without wanting to fork out double the money on the philips 1861 juicer.
