I was looking for audio equipment for a long time to practise my typing speed on audio. I had found one that was reasonably priced and when I received it, it looked brand new and had all its packaging and and had all the accessories to use it immediately.

This equipment will save me hours and hours! It is very simple to use and my pa loves it too. i am alaways on the move and can update my to do list while on the move. Very quick service thq!

Philips Desktop 710-T Desktop Cassette TranscriberOn receiving the transcriber I put in a cassette, switched on the transcriber and it promply chewed it up. I tried another cassette, thinking that may be the first was faulty - chewed again.
I bought it from ebay because I needed a replacement and can't afford a new one.
The seller, however, was a gentleman. He refunded not only the price I paid, but the postage too. I would be happy to deal with him again.
Lesson to sellers - please test your products before putting them on ebay.
