i bought my boombox because i wanted to have music and radio upstairs, and the cute neat style was just what i was looking for. the retro chunky handbag look fits in with my style, and enhances ambience without being in your face. great radio, cd and tape volume with a booster for extra base. what more could you want? light as a feather and travels easily. i wouldn't be without it, and i hope it never dies!!! mains/battery-carrying handle-ariel-spacesaving little darling.

) Good accurate sound with louder bass if you want it, easy to use, radio works well with good reception. My only grouse is that the tape opening action grates abit - a little lubrication might do the trick!
Bought it because my Grundig SCD 7777 cd player had stopped working and it was a good price!
