This is a superb little camera with a great lens. I have had one before and wanted to replace it. I could have gone for something newer but this really does the job. Happily took it to Switzerland recently and it produced sharp pictures in difficult places. I have used Fuji, Canon and a lovely little Nikon but this really is better. Can't praise it highly enough. Oh, I have 6 other Pentaxes and have had at least one since 1975!

The latch to keep the battery in place was broken, therefore every so often the lens freezes and will not shut. The camera will not even switch off. The only way of getting it to work again is by taking the battery out and putting it back in again. As you can imagine not ideal. I re-read the description of the camera as posted on ebay and it most certainly did not mention this little detail. I am really disappointed with the seller for selling a faulty item.
