Pentax Optio S6 Digital Camera

It's no surprise that Pentax have been doing well with Cameras lately. I have been buying their product since I started uni 5 years ago and never been disappointed.

This little baby is a perfect little camera for so many uses. The reason I love it is the fact that it's so easy to carry around and it doesn't come in the way. The modes on it are great as well specially things like rapid snapshots and mood options where you can use for night scenes, candle light, sports and so on.

Overall i was very impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent little camera, packed full of useful tools to make picture taking a doddle 10 out of 10.

nice and small to carry anywhere.good large lcd screen,but useless in bright sunlight.camera ooses quality,but is slow and picture quality is just ok.overall,lovely camera but not the best.

This camera is small,compact & with a brilliantly large viewing screen.
The picture quality is fantastic due to the 6 mega pixels.
All you do with this camera is point & shoot - It's as easy as that !!!
Due to the size of this camera it's will pop into the smallest of small handbags ... Everything a girl could ask for in a camera.

This camera is small enough to fit into your handbag and feel more substantial than most. The screen size is great and it has all the features you would expect for a beginners digital camera. Easy to use, picture quality excellent. Highly recommend.

A feature packed camera that benefits from having a Pentax lens. Don't be fooled by the 'More megapixels = better camera' school of thought, What counts in any camera is that little piece of glass at the sharp end. These are quality cameras. The big screen is nice too.

a great camera small with all you`d want in a camera once i saw it in shop wanted one so staight to ebay to find easy to use great pictures some different things such as pet mode tracks dogs head for that wanted pic +++++++aaaaaaaaaaaaaa+++++++++++

I love this camera, small and compact, looks good, takes great pics, but the LCD screen is like carrying around a fresh egg in your pocket! Within a couple of weeks it had taken a light bash and I ended up with a 'snowstorm' on my LCD. Then another bash a year later took out the screen altogether. That said, I am going to replace the screen, it's worth it!

This item was received and the box opened in anticipation,to find that everything was exactly as described and in excellent order.
This camera was chosen for its ultra compact size and low weight, which is essential if it is to be carried in a model aircraft. The infra red remote control function also makes airborne operation easy, light and reliable.
I will look out for other examples of this optio range with maybe more resolution (10 or 12 MegaPixel)so I can take sharper pictures from the air.

If you are looking for a small, take anywhere camera then you won't go far wrong with the Pentax OptioS6.
I bought this as i had an optio 230 2mp camera years ago and was pleasantly pleased with it.
The S6 has a nice big 2" screen and a whole host of features for you to play around with.
The only downside to this camera is that it doesn't take standard batteries.
