Panasonic TX-15LT2F 15 in. EDTV-Ready TV

I have owned one of these TV's for about 2 years & like it so much, I bought another one for my Kitchen from ebay. Although this TV has been discontinued by Panasonic it it still top notch. The actual design is fantastic, Very slim taking up little room & with it being a flat screen with a flat back it fits well in to tight corners. The picture is excellent with it being a widescreen TV & having the 16:9 ratio, it works best with a freeview/sky box that broadcast widescreen programmes. The sound has to be the best I have ever seen in a 15 " TV. The bass is very deep making watching films & music videos excellent. The TV comes with 1 Scart socket & 1 RCA connection for Camcorders or Game Consoles. There is an option of buying a wall mount for it from Panasonic which is still available but at just under £100 for the wall bracket it works out more expensive then buying a used TV I can honestly not fault this TV, it's such a shame Panasonic have stopped making it & make no replacement. If you can find & buy one then you will not be disappointed with it.

Brilliant little tv, mine came without a stand or bracket. these tv's are Not vesa, you can buy brackets but they are expensive, i got round this problem really easy. I brought a cheap bracket from tesco's for £10, then i brought a cheap small packet of fake mechano. I used the tiny nuts, bolts and metal strips with holes to extend the bracket, the used the proper screws in the t.v at the end of the metal strip. Then simply slide the tv into the second part of the bracket on the wall.The sound quality is very good for such a small t.v. If you switch the tv into standby using the remote you have to use the remote to switch back on, and if you use the t.v it's the same. All the buttons are down the side so you dont need a remote. All in all it seems a good tv ive only been using it for a few hours.

Like many of you out there I bought one of the ex-Tesco isle monitors on ebay. These monitors were all ceiling hung and so come without stands. In spite of what some sellers claim these models do no conform to the VESA standard and there are no mounts out there to fit. However, things are not as bad as some people think. I used a piece of thin high quality ply and cut it to accurately fit the back of the TX-15LT2, Marked and drilled holes in the ply to match the Panasonic mounting screw holes then accurately marked and drilled the ply with four holes to match the VESA standard, four countersunk bolts are fitted to these holes then the whole thing screwed to the rear of the TV. The countersunk bolts previously fitted are now ready to be offered up to the VESA bracket of your choice. All it costs is about two quid and an hour of your time. Great TV !

I had my doubts buying this 15” TV, but was pleasantly surprised by how bright and sharp the picture was. The sound is also very good with a surround effect. The remote that came with it, which can also be programmed to work with other hardware, is easy to set up. I only use it for the volume control though, which I also like because it lets you know exactly how much you've turned it up or down, not just in notches.

Tellyis wicked quality for the price, very good finish, looks great! only downside is that four wall brackets later, i told that i needed a non-vesa wall bracket. But cant blame them because i should have asked or researched the correct one. Overall great!

This is a lovely little telly for a fantastic price. The picture is beautifully clear and the sound excellent. It looks very smart and is unobtrusive. I'd recommend buying this over a new, low end, no name TV any day.

The one thing that has been a massive issue is finding a wall bracket for it. The TV didn't come with a stand (which was clearly stated in the ad),while the user guide doesn't mention wall mounting at all. Although a number of websites claim they have products that will fit, I have found through experience that they don't (thank heavens for Argus's no hassle, money back attitude). The screws are more than 100mm apart, while the shape of the back of the TV prohibits, as far as I can tell, using any larger bracket.

Despite it's slim profile, the set will sit quite happily on any surface, though putting it down on something quite solid can impair the quality of the sound as the speaker runs along the bottom.

So all in all, a great telly at a great price, but if you're hell bent on attaching it to a wall, you may have to be inventive. If anyone has actually managed this, I would be delighted to hear from them.

I needed a new bedroom tv to replace my former TV/monitor and had hoped this would do the same job, but had to buy a separate monitor.
However, I am pleased with the wide-screen on the Panasonic.

Wanted a small TV set for the bedroom and not to look too prominent. Arrived very quickly and very securely packaged. Purchased this reconditioned LCD TV. Cracking set. Picture crystal clear. Sound very good quality. Not a 'tinny' sound normally from small sets. All in all, very happy with sale. Only one problem ? ? Listed on description of sale "No base stand or mounting bracket supplied". Listing also stated "VESA mounting bracket inexpensively available on E-Bay sites". NO ! Stand bracket discontinued by Panasonic. Tried 4 major specialist LCD/Plazma TV bracket suppliers....NO brackets available specifically for this set.(Even to convert Struggling with no mounting arrangement but SUPERB TV.

this telly was in excellent condition, well packed and great value for money well impressed with this product, would recommend it to anyone postage was also very quick

this is probably one of the best ebay bargains i've ever got . it is obviously " USED " , but it is still in damn good condition . the picture and sound are fantastic . well worth it .

It's size was a big selling point for me as we have only a small living space and did not want it to become a focal point.

Handles switching between pal and ntsc very well (important for wii gaming etc)

The only negative i can think of is that the scart socket is too low on the back for the television to be stable without some sort of stand... i have improvised with a block of wood for now!

I recommend this television for those who want something simple and elegant, it is small, but this does not effect the quality at all and can be an advantage if used appropriately.

If you're buying a new TV you want to get the most for your money, a crystal clear picture and great sound and the Panasonic TX-15LT2 TV certainly deliveres on both to a high standard for the price. I brought the item reconditioned and was amazed to find that there was not a scratch on it, it looked brand new. A real gem for the bargain price I paid, the only let down was no remote control was included but as it was such a low price for such a great product I can't complain. Highly recomended for a bedroom, kitchen or caravan.

great little telly's, will work well in the pub! arrived looking as good as new, very well packaged and worked straight out the box. only slight issue is that using s-video connection forces you onto av which means no sound!

really nice little tv not cheap looking like some with higher price tag,only dislike was the plug is attached to a ac adapter which is hard to hide when wall mounted, but well worth the money would buy again and recommend to others!

we bought the television to replace one that was too expensive to repair. The seller communicated with me on the day I bought the item and it was delivered the next day. Will look forward now with more confidence to making more purchases in the future.

This is a nice tv good quality sound, sharp picture bought as second tv for kitchen found on ebay very cheap for this standard of tv. Altho second hand tv cannot find one mark refurbed to high standard. Easy to follow instuctions for the remote excellent product.

The TVs I got are great little TV's, with many inputs. They don't have a base to them, so you have to arrange mounting, but they do have a standard VESA wall mount. try (http://bit.ly/1M30xL).

Great item for the price, bought it for a campervan it is used and has a few scraches on the face but nothing much. Picture is very clear and sound is good quality for the size also it works off the 12V system in my camper which is a bonus.

Does not have freeview which is a small issue but found a great compact scart freeview box that sits in the scart socket at the back and makes tv fully functional for £20 still cheaper than a cheap new freeview tv and much better quality being panasonic.
Unfortunatly does not come with a stand though and for most people this could be a problem as it is not a main tv and you will probably want to use it as a portable not mounted to the wall.
