Panasonic Lumix® DMC-LZ2 Digital Camera

The Panasonic DMC LZ2 offers something different. It is an easy to use point and shoot digital camera, but it has a much longer optical zoom lens than is normal for this type of camera. It has a 6x zoom as opposed to the standard 3x. Again unlike some other digital cameras with longer zoom lenses it retains its compact size and shape rather than looking more like a much larger, traditional SLR camera. The DMC LZ2 has five megapixels.

It is likely to appeal to anyone who is prepared to pay a extra to get a longer zoom lens, but would like to retain the simplicity of operation this camera offers.

When i give my bit for the auction of this camera was coming to the end, for this just i open the page and i've read the part where that says if the camera is are new or used and that is mentioned the camera is are new, after the action is have finish i read the rest and this indicated that the camera has got some scratches.

We looked at loads of different cameras for my sons Christmas present. He is 10 and takes quite a good picture. We were concerned with going digital as one shake and you've lost the picture. This camera has anti shake and after only a couple of minutes explanation my son was taking the most amazing pictures. I can't fault it at all. It's small enough to fit in a handbag (coz lets face it moms end up carrying everything!) and so easy to use. We have a bigger panasonic lumix camera and I said to hubby that if this had been available I'd have had this camera instead.

I can only say how happy at my purchase of this camera.
Todate it has done everything I required and given super clear pictures.
The overall service was excellent delivery was 2 days.

I was looking for a good second hand camera with image stabilisation technology and a good reputation for value. 5 MP was good enough as I felt that more than this was a waste of my computer storage space. The item I bought was made in Japan,ex-USA and reconditioned in South America, and it turned out to be well up to my expectations.

Shipment was understandably slow and the shipper kept us informed all through the process. I am disappointed to see that the item is restored to manufacturers standard when I thought that I was buying a new item, but the camera is in good working order.
