Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS15 Digital Camera

I know the name Panasonic won't endear this to many, I too was sceptical, but give them a try. The electronics are Panasonic but the optics are by Leica. Few will argue against Leica as the best lens manufacturer in the world, added to this is Panasonic's undoubted expertise in electronics. The result is a camera that oozes quality and performance. In low level light the camera responds with aplomb, reducing the need to use the flash (which is always bad on small cameras) and stops pictures being all wobbly. The movie function is as good as any camera I have used and the menu system is clear and user friendly. In short, for the money, there is nothing to to top this camera. Sure you can get better, as long as you pay for it. I got this for £105 and consider it to be a bargain.

I am very happy with my purchase. Although second hand, the camera is in perfect condition. 1 year warranty made me to go for it instead of a new one, and hence, save a few pounds.

Appart from the box, everything else was in perfect condition. What I like most in this camera:

3. 12 mpixels!
4. Two batteries supplied (for long trips)
5. Nice design

Very small and light and at first seems a little flimsy compared to other, larger compacts such as the Lumix TZ range, but the images it can produce are very good and the user interface is typically logical and easy to use.

Only one thing that was not clear at time of purchase, it was not made clear that the item was refurbished. It was probably somewhere in the small print but feel it should have been clear on the first page.

A friend wished to buy a digital camera for the first time. I recommended Panasonic FS 15 and had a chance to try it out. Excel macro and zoom and the indoor pictures were very good.

I ordered this camera on Tuesday night and it was at my house on Thursday morning. I am very happy with this product it was described as been refurbished to manufactures specifications which it definately has, it hasn't got a scratch on it and takes wonderful clear pictures. The 6 bonus items will be very useful and with the 8gb memory card I can take many lovely pictures and videos, and with the case i can keep it looking like new. I have no hesitation to buy anything from this seller again. Brilliant service thankyou very much.

Having converted most of my old video collection to DVD I was thrilled to find this film gem in digital format. If you watch this in widescreen format, it really does the battle scene great justice; coupled with surround sound, you'll be gripped by the amazing cinematography. I would recommend the director's cut that includes scenes about the relationship between the lead character and his estranged wife and helps you to understand the motivation behind his decision. The run time is 183 minutes for the directors cut and 120 minutes for the cinema version. I was, however, disappointed by the lack of extras, which any fan of this classic would expect to be included. There's only a 20-minute interview with the director and other shot "making-of" vignettes.
