Panasonic DMR-EZ27 DVD Recorder

Bought a Panasonic TH-42PX60B HDTV and needed to upgrade the DVD recorder. Surfed the net for reviews quite a while before plumping for the DMR-EZ27. And what a player! Most reviewers gave it top marks and it's not hard so see why! The HDMI upscaling function is breathtaking ... slip any DVD in and the picture is phenomenal, even zooming in 3x there is little deterioration. The Freeview is very good and easy to use, the signal being better than the DVB on my TV! It can record on any material, not that I'll be using anything other than the DVD-RAM. Picture-perfect, editing easy to do and as versatile as anything on the market! Only drawback is no hard drive, but if you think about it what do you actually need 160g for? Not a lot! Highly recommended!!!

I had it at good price am well pleased with it great picture just like hd I can put old vidio tapes on to disk with very good quality, and record from tv and virgin plus box.

I generally purchase items that are buy now as you seem to get what is advertised.This d.v.d recorder was only 12 months old,so I was able to read up the reports on it.I found as I have done 4 or 5 times before for television digi box etc the item was perfect and Isaved myself a good amount of money by buying them from E-Bay.All the best,Popsky2008
