This is in addition to an ES10 Recorder that I bought 12 months ago because the ES15 has a firewire input and I use a digital camera or DV deck for input. I am only interested in copying up to 2 hours from original footage. The Flexible recording mode is useful to keep quality up on intermediate lengths. Connections allow me to mix sound for cine to video or to copy from older analogue formats.
The menu system is slightly more complex than the ES10 but quick and easy to use. The output quality is very good indeed.
