This Packard Bell has to be one of the best budget laptops on the market, it is ultra quiet and very quick.. Also the Diamond view (glossy) screen gives off a great crystal clear picture.

) Nicely designed laptop using the pentium 4 mobile processor. A RAM upgrade to one Gig is recommended,as is a harddrive upgade.
If you can get this for sub one hundred and fifty pounds it is still good value and an ideal starter or kid's laptop.
