This film is set to become a Christmas classic. We watched it as a family last year, and still remember its warm Christmassy feel. Plenty in it to keep the children happy year after year as they grow up.

THIS FILM HAS TO BE ONE OF THE GREATEST FILM'S FOR A WHILE.I BOUGHT IT OFF EBAY AS I HAD HIRED IT AND MY 4 YEAR OLD WAS GLUED ALL THE WAY THROUGH !!!

I ALSO DID NOT TAKE MY EYES OFF IT.

TOM HANKS IS EXCELLENT ONCE AGAIN .

This film was amazing I watched it with my 3 year old Grandson Alex and he never took his eyes of the screen the whole way through ~ which for this child is amazing ;0}

It starts with a boy loosing his belief in Father Christmas. He then gets on a train which mysteriouly pulls up outside his house on Christmas Eve.

The train conductor is no other than Tom Hanks ( animated version of course )

On the train he meets & comes friends other children on the same journey. As well as the children there is the mysterious stranger who sits on the top of the train & saves the children's lives a few times & then dissapears into thin air.

And when the train finally arrives at the North Pole ~ the action doesn't stop there.

And finally you get to meet the great man himself ~ but only if you believe!!!

If you like a film with action, spills & frills then this is the film for you, the kids will love it!!

Do you believe in Father Christmas ~ I do!!!

Watched this at the cinema when it first came out and loved it so much i just had to get a copy on dvd.
Great for all the family with wonderful graphics and a lovely storyline that gets you in the mood for Christmas.
Get yourself a copy,however old you are,you wont be disappointed.

This is a film my son just adours. It is magical, fun and charming. It makes the whole family feel really good and we have a smile on our faces the whole time we are watching it. The songs and brilliant and the story line and quality are the best. A film worth watching, and keeping in our collection my families opinion.

everyone in our home loved this film, it's become a favourite for whenever we all just want a nice warm feeling.

i have two young boys aged 3 and 5 years, i bought the dvd for them as it has such a lovely magical story to it
the graphics are amazing and the characters are very warming

This is a magical christmas film kept me, my husband and our 4 year old son engrossed the whole way through. I couldn't pass a bad comment on it, This is why i just had to purchase a copy as it was on tv christmas eve and it was the best christmas film i've ever seen, really shows the magic of santa and why all little children should believe.

Provides plenty of action to keep you on the edge of your seat the whole way through, the film has everything it's heart warming, action pack and theres a few times you'd love to climb in the tv and give a few of them children a hug.

Saw film last year just after Christmas and decided to get it for my grandchildren to see the week BEFORE Christmas as it makes perfect viewing in the gap between them breaking up from school and Christmas Day.

I absolutely loved this film! It's the kind that will appeal to old and young alike. The animation is brilliant, the storyline is wonderful, watch this film on Christmas Eve, whether you are a big kid or a little kid and you will be left feeling all warm inside and like you've had the most exciting train ride of your life!! I have to say it is probably in my top ten of most favourite films, so if you haven't seen it yet, go and give yourself a treat!!!

i thought that this film was great. it was a great christmas film and i would recommened it. it was one of them good christmas films. u no u get them crappy xmas films but this was not. i would highly recommend it and tom hanks was great.

I bought this dvd for my Grandchildren & They LOVE IT, They will sit still over & over again watching it. Thank You Very Much. Regards Allan

A lovely family movie - a boy who was no longer a Santa believer was whisked off on the Polar Express train for a wonderful overnight adventure to meet Santa and his reindeers and hard working elves!

I ADORE THIS FILM. THE CHARACTERS ARE BELEIVABLE AND THE GRAPHICS ARE SUPERB.
I THINK ANY CHILD OR ADULT WOULD LOVE THIS FILM. GREAT TO SIT DOWN WITH THE FAMILY TO WATCH TOGETHER. THE STORYLINE IS OF A YOUNG BOY WHO DOES NOT BELEIVE IN SANTA, THEN HE IS TAKEN ON A GREAT ADVENTURE ALONG WITH SEVERAL OTHER CHILDREN, WHERE HE FINDS , FRIENDSHIP, KINDNESS, AND LOYALTY . NOT A BAD THING FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN IN THIS DAY AND AGE. A FILM I WOULD RECOMMEND.

my grandaughter really loves this film and hers was damaged so i bought this item off ebay for her. Good value and in excellent condition

This is a very magical film, its very xmasy obviously being based around christmas, and tells the story of a sceptical believer in santa who goes aboard a magical train to meet santa himself. It is animated but very lifelike and very captivating, its magical and i would highly recommend this film. My little ones are 4, 2 and 1 years old and this captures their attention. Its a must have for xmas holiday viewing.

This dvd is a must for every familys dvd collection the story is so magical and restores the childs belief in father christmas,my 10 year old still believes! great for both young and old viewers BUY IT NOW!!!!

Have brought this for my Niece and Nephew as an early Christmas (they won't get it nearer Christmas but they will just love it and will went to watch it over and over again.

Some how lost the orignal disc we had of this great family film. A mesmirising must have film for any young train enthusiast or true spirit of Christmas lover.Left us all feeling very christmassy and warm. SANTA IS REAL !

This film is great i have seen it many times befroe,i decided it would be a great buy as my kids will love it and so therefore i urge everyone with children to get a copy!

i got this film as i love, christmas, magical films, really enjoyed the film and billiant animation, diidnt like the way it didnt explain who the ghost on top of the train was
