
Simple, effective pilates for during and post pregnancy

I really enjoyed this DVD. I was struggling in my first couple of months of pregnancy with sickness but still wanted to try and do some exercise. Most antenatal pilates/yoga classes don't start until after 13 weeks but many pilates postures aren't suitable during pregnancy so I was looking for a specific antenatal dvd that would be safe for me to do at home.
The great thing about this DVD is that it is split into sections depending on which trimester you are in, in addition to a warm-up and post-baby workout. I've done pilates on and off before and know that its regular sessions that really help buid up your strength and flexibility - i felt nicely stretched after the first session and look forward to continuing the DVD throughout my whole pregnancy.
This is highly recommended and you don't need to have done pilates before as all postures are clearly explained. Excellent!
