Only Fools And Horses - The Complete Series 7 (DVD 2004)

I am extremely frustrated by my recent experience with ebay and paypal. I won the bid for Only Fools and Horses - The complete Series 7 DVD. I paid my money via paypal and the money left my bank account. I never received the goods. I then found out that my money was sent to a different email address than the email address of the person selling the DVD's - I find that very suspicious. I have now lost my money and have not received my goods. I wrote an email last week (26th Feb) to paypal explaining what has happened and asking for a refund, but I have not received a response. I wrote a negative report on the seller which they were unhappy about. The seller claims to have refunded my money but I have not received it. In short, NOT HAPPY, NOWHERE TO TURN TO, NOBODY SEEMS IN THE SLIGHTEST BIT BOTHERED. At least it wasn't a lot of money that I lost. Would I use ebay again - with reluctance.
