Dion ventures into Britney territory with "Love Is All We Need," which is somewhat under the influence of Prince's "When Doves Cry," and she seems quite at home with the anthemic pure pop of the title track. However, it's the ballads, such as the sensitive, percolating "Stand By Your Side," and the climactic "Sorry For Love" that showcase Celine's voice to its best advantage, just as they always have. ONE HEART shows Celine Dion in transition from TITANIC ballad-belter to Las Vegas diva, and it's an assured and confident effort. Editorial Reviews Entertainment Weekly (03/28/2003) | |||||||||||
Reviews Review created: 30/09/08 by: I was a massive fan of the 'Falling Into You' CD from the fabulous Celine Dion but it doesn't come close to this. It is Celine at her best. The songs have high and low emotions running through from one track to the next. I would highly recommend this CD to any fan or new listener. Favourite tracks are 'I Drove All Night','Faith', 'Naked', 'Reveal' 'Je T'aime Encore' and the marvellous'I Know What Love Is'. Top tracks from the top female singer in the business. Superb Celine!
