Quite a nice simple camera. Has the usual Olympus quality, and mine came with the PC software and leads to get going. The software is basic but enough to get you going. As with all new cameras the memory card is a joke (16mb)so if you buy it new you will need a larger card. Battery life is not bad, and it is on AA's so if you a lot of flash it zaps them quickly. Re-chargeable is always an option. The menus are simple to use with clear symbols and icons. What I was most impressed by was the macro, I struggled a bit with my last one but for some reason this camera takes very good very close up pictures. By todays standard some will find the screen small and the lack of a view finder annoying.
