The Nortel BayStack 450-12T is an excellent quality switch perfect for business use. I got it because we find they do not require manual resets from time to time, they just keep on going. This particular model is getting on in years now (rel 1999-2000) and looks a bit old fashioned compared to the newer ones but it does not at all take away from the performance.
