Norman Wisdom (DVD 2003)

my name is belinda. Ever since i was a kid ive always adored Norman Wisdom and thourght he was really funny. Now im 34 and you dont see many of his films on the telly any more. A few weeks ago there was a couple of films on of normans but i work as a nurse so the days they were on i missed them i was gutted so i sat here on my pc one night and clicked on ebay i purchased Laurel and Hardy for my partner and who pops up my norman wisdom i just had to get it. Hes my hero.

This collection contains twelve of Norman Wisdom's best loved films and is certainly an essential purchase for any self respecting comedy fan.

A true classic collection of Norman Wisdom at his best...this is yet another great classic must have for the collection. Had forgotten what good old fashion comedy was....don't get me wrong i'm not that old, was brought up with it.

Norman Wisdom is such a comic genius his appeal is universal. I jumped at the chance to buy this dvd collection of his films. They cheer me up when I'm down and whenever I want a good laugh. No matter how many times I see his films they still make me laugh out loud. Fantastic product and unbelievable value. I recommend this to anyone who has forgotten what 'funny' is. Some of today's 'comedians' could learn a thing or two from Norman.

As far as I am concerned, you cannot get any better than Norman Wisdom. This man makes you laugh, I love this man's character, I've been missing him so I thought I'd buy the DVD to share with the family at Christmas.

What can one say ... well here goes ... Norman brought so much laughter to so many people and here is an amazing collection of his films all on DVD that you can put on on a rainy day and make the sun come out. His humour will around for a long time and I am glad to own such a collection. DAVE

Having had some Norman Wisdom films on video i have now completely changed to DVD this box set is a great addition.

The Norman Wisdom's films are hilarious, british comedy at its best, side splitting laughter all the way hours of fun i have enjoyed each dvd and will watch them again and again.

I chose this product from this seller based on the price, not being too cheap ment i wasnt buying a copy but the real thing! also it was something i had been looking for, and the condition of the DVD being new

I decided to buy the set because as a family we enjoy watching him,he is so naive and innocent,and things normally turn out well for him in the end.It is clean, family comedy.

I have been a fan of Norman Wisdom all of my life. I have almost all of his films currently on VHS casettes and i am in the process of upgrading to DVD's. One to save space and secondly because of the exeptional quality of DVD's as opposed to the VHS casettes.

It was great to watch these old Norman Wisdom films again in perfect quality recordings. They brought back some great memories of how funny Norman was.

I love to watch Norman Wisdom's movies again and again. In fact they remind me of the old good times that I used to go to cinema to watch his movies. My daughter did not know Norman and now she has become a great fan. She thinks he is much funnier than Mr Bean!

12 wonderful films that all about the great man aged 92 3/4 as saw on tv recently , he still funny as he was and these films capture his best moments that recall your child hood they may be old but you will still laugh just as much as all them years ago when life was great

I decided to buy the Norman Wisdom box set as he is an all time classic comedian of our time. While im really happy with what i have, i was really upset to find a disk missing. I contacted the sender through E Bay and i havent heard anything back from the sender at all. And this was a few months ago now.

I bought it because it takes me back to when i was a kid, my grandma and grandad used to be in stitches watching these films, i think they are great, and there it was, a full set at the right price, i had to go for it.

A great buy, full of innocent fun and humour, one for the family to gather round. Norman wisdom at his best in a great variety of films.

I got all twelve norman wisdom films on 6 dvd's from a shop off ebay. The quality was fantastic as were the films.Norman wisdom movies are a must for anyone who loves slapstick humour,carry on films,laurel and hardy.The plots are very simplistic but work very well,the stunts are great and as each film is only just over an hour easy to watch when you have a little spare time.

As a family we like good, funny films and they do not get any better than Norman Wisdom. There is nothing we disliked about this purchase. We decided to buy it as a treat for ourselves. You are always guaranted good, humourous, clean, family entertainment. cant recommend these films enough.
