Great features - Doubts over build quality

I needed to replace my 2 year old 6233 - Which had been a fantastic phone. Very well made but now lacking features. I chose the 6220 classic as I prefer the candy bar format and after trying it out as a friend has one I was happy that my pretty big fingers can use the relatively small keypad.
PLUS POINTS:
The internet facility is fantastic. Offers page previews when going back and forward. So far on orange, have yet to lose signal at all. Either phone or 3G.
The sat nav is great as an emergency sat nav, but for day to day use, get a Tom Tom etc. Has helped out though when taxi drivers seem to "get lost".
Phone calls are as you expect, clear and has a few features that make life easier. Has the ability to call out the name of the person calling in-between rings if in your phone book, so it tells you the missus is calling etc. Never tire of that as if you have bluetooth in the car as I have, and the phones in your pocket you don't need to see the screen to see if you want to take the call or not.
Texts are standard nokia affair, which is about the best I've used, but also lets you keep typing instead of just stopping when you reach a certain amount of characters and sends multiple texts.
The speaker is very good quality. Had stereo in the 6233, but the sound is just as clear and loud . Handsfree works very well if busy at home and need both hands.
Has the ability to read out text messages, so can let everyone hear a text or if you just want to be lazy. Can be very amusing.
5 mega pixel camera is absolutely brilliant. Complete with xenon flash. Easy to download onto your computer and really clear images for a phone. So easy to use and the lens has a slide cover that when dis-engaged, automatically starts the camera so you don't have to turn the keypad lock off to use, just slide open the cover and your ready to shoot! You even slightly hold the button down and the camera works out the best way to take the picture and after about a second the box lines on the screen turn green to tell you it's at it's optimum setting. Auto flash and red eye elimination features as well. Never take my digital camera out now anymore, even for work.
Very clear high resolution screen makes the small icons easy to read.
You can download themes from the internet and install on the phone really easy to customize your phone simply. Have a excellent blue/black which I downloaded for free. There really is a theme for everyone, I have about 15 on the phone just in case I get bored.
Comes with loads of memory on the SD card. Still no way near full and you can increase the memory with a new SD card.
Battery life is about 5 days with moderate use, that is with bluetooth on all the time, using the camera and internet searching quite regularly.
DOWN POINTS:
The case is very flimsy. The silver chassis creaks if pressed especially around the memory card slot. Does make you worry that it'll fly apart if seriously dropped from height, don't want to test that theory mind! My works 6300 in stainless steel is rock hard in comparison.
The screen goes to saver mode very quickly. As it's high resolution screen it needs to to get the battery life.
Keys are very small and close, a few extra mm in size would have been wiser.
The pad is also too near the bottom of the phone.
With such a small keypad the key lock can take some time to obtain.
Overall, packed phone that has great customizing features, does everything well but build is sadly lacking.Worry that it won't last like the 6233.
