Nokia 3410

This is basic phone makes a call sends a text and has better games than 3310.
It may not be overloaded with features, but it's done everything I've needed from a phone. A very reliable Mobile.

i love these phones, nokias were always so easy to use and ultra reliable.These days its all about how much technology you can stuff into a phone the size of a match box which is why people experience so many faults and breakdowns with phones they've had barely 6 months! this phone however, if treated properly, should last a lifetime! The lack of a colour screen may put some people off but if your just looking for a cheap phone to call and text from that doesn't freeze up on you then i recommend this one. It does eveything a mobile should do and it does it well plus for those of you who need games you should be all to familiar with the legendary Snake 2, a totally addictive simple game thats included on this phone along with pinball, a strange game involving pots and a three dimentional platform game that i honestly can't remember the title of? All in all a cracking little phone, why pay £200 on a phone when you can pick these up for around £15 and never have to replace it!

I had one of these phones before and decided to update so I bought a Samsung V200 and after only 10 months it wouldnt turn on so I rang the makers and was told they had never heard of "pause in temperature" which was being displayed on the screen and was unfixable!! I was then given another identical phone and the exact same thing happened to that one after only a short time.
So here I am back to that great little basic phone Nokia 3410 which I could honestly recommend to everyone. Brilliant phone - thats Nokia for you

such a simple phone but ideal for my use and with a habit of dropping my phone constantly can really take some abuse.

it is a great phone my motorola l7 brok so i got a cheap phone to use till mine was fikest and when i got it i was sprised how good it was and my 5 year old got hold or it and put it in a full sink of walter and i dride ti and put it in a warn place to dry it and i tride the next day and it worked fine i was amazed old phons are better than new phones.

The perfect solution for emergencies is to have a cheap PAYG phone in the glove box of your car and at £6 they don't come a lot cheaper than this!

the phone is simple to use and I bought it for my wife who didn't want any thing too complicated. Ebay's an excellent way of purchasing what we wanted the seller was first class in decription and delivery was promp what more can you ask for

i like every thing.as it was bought for my husband and he is alot older than me and finds the new pnones complecating and the old style nokia is so easy..so that is why it was purchased..

this is a no fuss phone it is very easy to use it was bought for a friend who wasnt used to newer phones with camera or bluetooth

This "ancient" technology does not play mp3's or take pictures. Neither will it make the tea or double as a pacemaker in an emergency. But what you do get, for under £20 usually, is a fantastic phone.

So Cheap, nobody will want to steal it.

I use mine with a payg sim primarily as emergency contact for vehicle breakdown. Invaluable, everyone should have one.

This little gem is destined to become a "retro" classic.

I don't like to have all my gadgets built into one. I find these "jack of all trades" devices lose sight of the original design and what you get is a below average under performing poor value clunky gizmo. I prefer a phone to be a phone, and to be a good one too!. I will make an exception for something like an "iphone" but I am not reviewing that price range.

Oh yeah, nearly forgot. No nasty mp3 ring tone function to annoy those within earshot with what you think is really cool music, but everybody else hates and just shows how shallow your musical taste really is.

This is my first mobile. The 3410 was recommended to me and it's been a great first phone. It's easy to suss-out or you can look up the instructions on the internet.

The 3410 is a nice, little chunky one but sits in the hand of a lady or gentleman quite easily and comfortably. It goes in a bag or pocket. I can phone or text and I just speak the receiver's name of any one of ten numbers and I'm through in a jiffy. I can keep over two hundred phone numbers. I like the fact that I can attribute different ringing tones to different people so I know who is calling.

There are a few simple games but more can be downloaded if you like. I particularly like the alarm clock, pictures for extra birthday greetings and Thank you's etc., The children were thinking about getting me something more up-to-date but I would probably still use the 3410 because it has all the features that I need and there are plenty of them. It's a great phone for anyone on the move. In fact apart from a camera, I can't think of anything any other mobile could do that the 3410 doesn't or couldn't.

Having resisteed the temptation for so many years, I am now totally sold on mobile phones.

I bought this for my mother who loves them because they are very simple and straightforward, and the screen is clear and easy to see. They are also tough & reliable. Although I prefer the features on a more updated phone, the game Snake II on the Nokia 3410 is fantastic! It is one of the most addictive games I have played and would love to have it on my Samsung.

Bought because needed a new screen. Phone did not work with my SIM although listing implied it would work with any SIM - was not a problem though as I only needed one part, but disappointing.

I got the Nokia 3410 mobile phone because of its classical style. I feel that the 3410 is very retro,solid and also reliable. This was not the only reason why I bought it, it was because the phone was very suitable for my husband who needed it for texting purposes as he is deaf. I have exactly the same model as has my son who also loves his 3410 model phone. My daughter has the similar model which is 3310 and again she loves hers. So we are a family of good old Nokia 3310/3410 phones. Would we convert to other phones? No certainly not!

I bought this phone for an older friend of mine who finds 'newer' styles of phones difficult to manage. It is a basic no frills mobile phone which is easy to use as just a phone and also for text messages. It does have a choice of ring tones, vibration and screen savers, but does not have a colour screen. Good little phone for a good price!
