Nokia 2310

A really good phone for the price. Speaker phone excellent and ring volume and tones easily heard. I found the text keys hard to see in daylight but good when backlit. I suppose most people don't look at the keypad when texting! Very good battery life and fast charge. All in all a very good basic phone plus the FM radio works well but drains the battery more quickly.

I wanted a new phone that did NOT have all the unnecessary knobs and whistles like camera, WAP etc. The only thing I want to do with a phone is talk to people and also text people. I am a textaholic and I found the buttons superbly responsive, making fast texting so easy. It's pretty lightweight, and compact, but without the buttons being so tiny you can hardly use them. It is just what I needed - does all I ask of it for such a cheap price! Battery seems to last quite a while before needing charging too. I bought one for myself and then bought one for my daughter. Unfortunately, what I didn't think about is that this phone doesn't work in America, (presumably because it is dual band), so my daughter is unable to use it whilst she is staying in Panama, but I know it will work fine in many countries, including New Zealand, where she will be returning to next.

I would certainly recommend this phone if you are not into gadgets and gimics for the sake of it, yet still want something that looks and feels good.

THE REASON WHY I WANTED THIS PARTICUR MOBILE IS BECAUSE IT WAS A PRESENT FOR MY MUM,VERY BASIC & COMPACT,JUST THE PERFECT MOBILE PHONE,SHE DIDNT WANT NOTHING FANCY,FAB QUALITY ,PERFECT CONDITION,NO COMPLAINTS,I WOULD RECOMENED IT TO ANY ONE WHO JUST WANTS A PHONE SIMPLE TO USE REGARDS JULIA

Stupidly I dropped my new original down the toilet, after which for some reason it didn't work properly! So i bought a used one which was as good as new. I had trouble with the WAP and picture controls being on the edges & would turn themselves on on their own. Also I did not like the sim / phone memory interchange, which was nowhere near as good as a previous NOKIA.

It is a very light and slim mobile which otherwise was very good.

This is a good phone, nice and simple to use, looks agood and feels good, would recommnd this for a simple phone.

i've had a 2310 for 2 years now and this will be my second - the first one was stolen! i'm not interested in taking pictures, photo messaging, video streaming, mp3s or web access - i just want to text and call, so this phone is perfect for the simple life, especially as nokia's predictive text mode is far superior to others. in idle moments i like to play around with customisation but have found the options limited on screen displays and ring tones - but these are peripheral issues - the phone looks sleekly classic and is robustly reliable - it's my happy phone.

I have had a succession of phones that have fallen to pieces, failed to work at important times, been difficult to read in the bright light here in Crete.
I didn't want a picture phone - I have a camera - I just wanted to make phone calls. I bought a cheap phone that was like a toy and it had such a horrible tinny ring, I couldn't find a ring tone that I could stand.
Now I have a phone that is nice to look at, has a discreet ring, easy to use, easy to send texts from - it has changed my life!

Why you bought it - I needed an new mobile phone.
What you like most about it - I can phone people on it and they can phone me.
What you dislike about it - The picture goes dark after a couple of seconds which makes it hard to see in poor light.

i paid money for this item. but i still din't receive the item. it's more than a month now. i try to contact the seller buy e-mail. but no answer. this was my very first purchase from ebay, and i am really disappointed.

IT LOOKED GOOD BUT LISTING DIDN'T MATCH THE PRODUCT, THE HEADPHONES WERE MISSING. HAVE TRIED COMMUNICATING WITH BUYER BUT TO NO AVAIL. WILL PROBABLY LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR THIS PRODUCT, HAVE NEVER LEFT ONE BEFORE, VERY DISSAPPOINTED.

Good basic phone. Simple to use - light weight and not to bad looking. A little plasticy and don't buy if you like lots of features on your phone as this is a phone and thats about it with the exception of a built in radio which works quite well. Battery life is good too.

A low price, solid, no-frills phone ideal as a first phone or for some-one who wants to talk and text. No camera or internet access here, which is why I chose it in the first place for my son (to keep the cost down). Having said that, it has a colour screen, has some games and a FM radio, which you can listen to through compatible headphones. Not as slim as the newer models but not as brick like as earlier phones. All in all, my son is very happy (he now has a phone and he can play games on it) and the cheap price means I will not be overly upset if it gets damaged or lost.

Wanted a simple uncomplicated easy to use mobile phone with a nice touch. This offers what I wanted.

I like the fact that the phone has been kept in such good condition. There are no scratches it looks almost brand new. A very good buy.

The Nokia phone was just like new. In good condition and very easy to operate.

I like this phone it is small and compact and very easy to use.
I decided on this phone as it is a Nokia and i replaced my old one with this one and nokia is a great maker of mobile phones

This is just a basic phone, very ideal as a second phone and very good and cheap for it's worth. Not too complicated, it's the simplest phone on the market, boasts a radio though. Value for money.

A good no-nonsense phone with radio built in.
Good display and simple to use interface.

Very basic phone but dosen't look that bad. Does everything you need it too i.e. Makes calls and text. Font text is its biggest downfall as you can barely fit a sentence on one screen. Hasn't a camera also which to be honest isn't a high priority for a phone anyhows!

Does not have all the bells & whistle's ie. camera. but has large screen so no glasses needed for reading text messages, small but feels solid + the one luxury a radio.
