It's very expensive, however, I found www.freeiphoneforme.co.uk and got one for free!
As you probably know, it's an expensive item for what it is... But, I didn't exactly pay for mine because I found a totally legal way of getting gifts like this for free!

My husband (60) and i (58) had never played on a video game until we visited our grandchildren. They introduced us to the Wii...what fun we had. I purchased this wii as we are both disabled but now we can 'keep up with the kids' as we will be practising a lot! We love it: because it involves us with our Grandchildren, it also keeps our brains going! also, the sports game gets us out of the chair!..for gentle excercise of course! The graphics are good even for someone who wears glasses..the controls are 'friendly'...acutally everything about this wii is very good, even for old codgers!..

This game console gives us the opportunity to play games together as a family rather than the small hand held consoles that so many children become engrossed with!!

This was my second wii id purchased having bought one for the kids last xmas,its so much fun for all the family,you can get games that your young kids can play all the way through to games grandma wants to try!!
i would advise buying a charger docking station or you will be out there buying batteries all the time,all the hardcore gamers outhere might be better passing up on the wii and looking at an xbox or ps3 instead as the wii really is a family console not just for hardcore gaming
all in all id recommend the wii to any family looking to have fun together,at home on the cold winter nights

Nintendo Wii ConsoleI bought this nintendo wii to be able to keep fit with my children in the comfort of my own home...Also to be able to enjoy excercising having fun at the same time as enjoying something which my children also love...
I have had several goe's on my daughter inlaws and also my cousins wii fit and thoroughly enjoyed it...
A great present for all the family, great to spend time with the children with something we all enjoy without the arguments..(except if one of them doesnt do as well as the other) ha ha....but thats boys for you..

xmas pressy for my nieceMy niece was so impressed with my Wii that on her last visit she spent most of her time challenging us all to 1 game or another. Being 6 she is at an inbetween age with most toys etc & her mother only likes educational toys for the kids. But my brother loved it too......problem solved.
The price was reasonable for console & board & both arrived in the original boxes in mint condition. The board hadn't been touched. When you buy these items in the shops you only get 1 controller with the set, which can make your first go a real bore, but this came with an extra controller included, superb.
As mother can also be funny just for the sake of it, boxed is brill.
Very speedy delivery & I was emailed just before it was sent to say it was on its way.
5 star buy it will, at least, make 3/4 of the family happy.

I would not recommend buying a wii console 2nd hand as I have had nothing but trouble. The prices on ebay are nearly as much as new and I bought one with 8 games, only 3 work. Also damage to the console when it arrived. I would reccomend asking the seller whether there is any damage as this one was described as excellent condition. Luckily I have been able to get my money back as I started a dispute but the seller was very awkwardb and to start with declined a refund. Beware of bad sellers

so my parter and I get banished uostairs to watch tv.We can now go downstairs
downside- advertised as new when it is clearly not. The box was open like someone had opened the box with sissors.
pricwise- i think i was £46.40 plus P+p 4.59 plus £25 for the bids. It is clearly not enough. Brand new customers come and go. You can get a brand new console for £99 on bid tv.

Wii Family FunThis is great for multi play games and gaming with friends and family. I am only disappointed in the range of games available-as there are not many games aimed at single play and the PS3 has a much better choice of different types of games. However I expect this to make xmas day a lot more exciting this year! Bring it on!!!
