This machine is pretty much amazing, and does some pretty amazing things. The dual screen concept is used beautifully throughout many titles that are presently able to be bought on the DS, and i'm sure there are many more to come.
The touch screen capabilities create a new dimension to Nintendo-gaming, bringing classic titles to life, like Super Mario and Zelda. The constant flood of games being released creates endless possibilities for the DS, and so it is almost impossible to become bored with it.

I love this console. it has everything i like from a portable console. it has 2 3inch screens, a touch sensitive screen, voice reconition microphone, and i can even play multiplayers without me needing the game!
I also like being able to use my old GBA games with it aswell.
its perfect compact design means that it can fit in my pocket easier, and looks nicer aswell.

i say this is a top buy, but dont believe me, buy your own and see for yourself!!

I have wanted one of these since my grandchildren got them last Christmas, I especially wanted the brain training game to keep me mentally alert. I am a little of nervous od technology but had no trouble using the game and soon lost my nervousness of trying different stasges on it. Highly recommended for over 65s.

grand little piece of kit, easy to use and the few games I have are easy to use. I dont know how well they last with a child banging it about, I would be afraid of snapping the hinge, but for 5 yrs and up to 100 I think its fab. Offers a wide load of games also to suit everyone young and old male of female

Really like the fact it can use two different types of game cartridge, the GBA games can be bought really cheaply and second hand DS games are not too badly priced. Neat and compact with lots of accessories available, the skins are a great idea. I have a PSP and the games are very easily scratch and unplayable, this doesn't seem to be a problem with the cartridge style games the DS uses. would choose the DS over the PSP any day.

Very handy userful little console, esp if you get an R4,N5 etc etc card.
Lots appear to have faulty hinges, but some may be repaired free by Nintendo.

i decided to buy this for my 5yr old son's birthday.i thought £74 was a bargain.little did i know that when i received it,it'd be dirty,scratched and damaged.now,i'm all for people selling damaged,unwanted things if they don't need them,but people should be honest about the item they are selling.chances are if they're honest,people will buy things regardless of a few marks etc.but when someone tells you its only been used a couple of times,and it arrives to you as if its been stamped on,thats just disappointing and untrue.this item is an absolute pile of garbage.

Would like to tell you all about this product,but never recieved it.Bought it on 17/3/09 sent emails but still never recieved it.

although this item was sold as faulty, there where bits missing and none of it was repairable. It was clear that it had been opened befor and put back together to look as though it was ok. If you read this take warning and suggest you look around.

Positives: Great tool for simulating the brain and is very addictive.
Negatives: Not easy to view/play outside - screens reflects light.
Annoying start up sequence goes on too long before you can get into playing the games.

Having already purchased one for my wife; I decided to purchase onr for myself. Once again E-bay came to the rescue. The one I bought was in first class condition and everything was as advertised. One very happy DS and E-bay user.

Bought for my son as he has always wanted one, but having tested it it is great fun for adults also so may buy one for myself soon, as my son will soon realise i'm using his console & hide it?

i love this product. i got one off my boyfriend for xmas and its very addictive. its so simple to use, it's great fun espeshly when others have the same games. i bought this for my mothers birthday as she has always wanted one and now it's hard to get her off it!!! we have lots of fun racing each other on mario kart. its an awesome game. great entertainment for when your having a lazy day or are just bored. highly recomended.

Just totally love this item. Bought it because my son and his wife have one and the kids love it. They are only age four and two going on three so I thought well if they can I can.
I love all the brain training stuff and also the way it can be put down and picked up when there are a few minutes to spare, the games save and continue well Totally portable and a very convenient (almost handbag) size.
This small rectangular box with a wealth of knowledge is a serious piece of kit, fine for little ones to play their games on and also for grown up stuff with grandma and grandad. I'm well impressed!

This offer at first seemed too good to be true, however, after placing this order I found that this person had taken my money without sending the item in question. I then found out that this had happened to a few more people who had fallen for this offer. In the end a case had to be opened with both Ebay and Paypal so that all the people involved received full compensation.

Offers like this should go through a verification process if the basic offer is lower than average. At least Ebayers would know that it was legitamate, and people would not have to go through the process of possibly losing their hard earned money.
