Nintendo DS Lite Console

I already was a fan of the GBA SP before buying a Nintendo DS. However, I love the NDS Lite so much I bought my daughter one for xmas 2 years ago. Had a quick go of it before wrapping; and promptly decided to buy my own one too. Regrettably recently she managed to snap a hinge by sitting on it, and I needed to replace it. After pestering me for the new DSi I decided not to upgrade, but to simply replace with another NDS Lite, this time just changing the colour from white to girly pink. To me there was no need to get the newer version because it does nothing that an ordinary mobile phone with a camera can't do, and doesn't support MP3.
Being short sighted means its great to play a lil console without having to wear my glasses. I have been told the PSP is a far better handheld, but I've never got round to trying one. I'm quite happy with being able to take my DS anywhere and have a quick blast of the games when I've been bored or just need to chill out. Some of the best games to me have been the brain training ones, Prof Layton, Zelda, the Mario's, Dementium, Elite Beat Agents, Telly Addicts and I'm particularly hooked on Mortal Combat's puzzle game. I would like to see a game of Bookworm come out for it too..
Anyway, a good console that is getting cheaper at last, thanks to the DSi coming out. And even better when used with a R4 card that allows you to watch movies, listen to MP3's and read ebooks on it.
Massive range of games with something for every genre. Worth every penny of £50-£60.
