This was an amazing buy, i got it for my young daughter as a christmas present and it came with a metal pen which i think will be very useful to a child of 5 as it has some weight where as the plastic pens dont. It also came with some nintendo gameboy advance games which is a must when purchasing this type of console. Overall a good buy and a good present

With limited proir knowledge of DS Lites, I have been incredibly impressed with this item. Firstly the colour and overall appearance is greatly improved and looks attractive to both children and adults.

this is the best buy i made in a while as my 3 year old and 5 year old fight over the 1 ds now they have 1 each no more fighting.

as well as amusing children i also think it can help with reading and hand to eye co-ordination. You are also able to play Gameboy advance games as well as teh Nintendo Ds Games. I would definetly recommend to others, especially those with childen.

The ds is portable and easily carried with enough games to keep the kids quiet for a week. I love this product.

I love it if your buying an import you do not need a voltage changer the standard charger for the country you are in will work perfectly well & cause no damage to the unit. They are totally universal including the games. If you like to be a little different from others go for an import colours differ in the Us to Europe.
Only disadvantage of import unit might be the validity of the guarantee.

I bought this second hand Nintendo DS at E-Bay and couldn't wait to play the games on it.My son has the lite version and I was hoping that the games fitted but i didn't need to worry as all the games work beautifully.The only down side of the DS is that it is highly addictive and I have had to be very strict with myself.I can highly reccomend this gadget for the over 50's as it keeps the mind working and every little helps.Right must go as I have games to play.
