Whats not to like about this handheld ?. It is not as powerful as sony's psp but boy is it more fun to play the dual screen one of which is touch sensitive makes for a truly original gaming experience. So much more involving than just pushing buttons all the time some of the games are so immersive due to the touch screen. Also it is from the nintendo stable so a wealth of great titles are readily available. The only downside for me is the bulk and weight of the unit it can get quite uncomfortable if playing for a while but other than that this handheld is faultless.

I brought the above item for a christmas present for my father.
But when i received the item it had a couple of scratches on the cover that were not mentioned in the description and also it had the wronge size stylus with the DS, so it dosnt fit in the compartment for the stylus.
So i was a bit disapointed, so i will have to give my father MY nintendo DS as mine is in very good condtion and i will have to keep the DS that i have brought off the EBAY.
But it works and it is electronically sound.

this is a good product, it is a great item to buy my husband loves it.
I would recommend anyone to but a nintendo ds as they are good fun and are great for helping you to relax too.

great entertainment piece for kids and adults good for playing games on but kids can also learn on them to so all round a good piece of kit although i do think the screens on these can be a let down sometimes as occasionally when you touch a certain part of the screen the ds does not sense it thats when things start to go wrong with them although my daughters is a few years old now and doing well.

bought to repair my daughters damaged console,not for everyone,as they are very fragile inside,namely the ribbon cables.

keep me occupied in the winter months so well chuffed i got it for that price it was worth it however it would have been better if seller had entered that the screen was misty. it doesnt effect it to much but quite honestly i wouldnt buy it and would of bid on another.

Easy to use, fun for all ages. Although maybe not as portable as the new DS Lite it is still a very useable unit with all the same functions. Nintendogs is a very addictive game and a brilliant way to raise your own family of dogs. Being able to play Nintendo Gameboy Advance games is also a bonus.

i am looking for ds consoles at a reasonable price and this came into that range i like the game play at your fingers and these are light and ideal for travel i dislike that these dont keep charge for that long at a time

My daughter had an old style ds, which was past its sell buy date. Screen all scratched etc, bought her a ds lite, and it is like night and day to the old style ds, clearer picture and sound, and hardly weighs anything.

I got a DS for my son for christmas, he's 6 and loves it, he finds it so easy to use, and theres a wide range of game for it for any age, my dad liked it so much i got him one for his birthday, so i can honestly say its great for anyone from 6 to 66 :)

I decided to buy this product for my nephew has the one he had got broke and he was very upset about it.
