I am sorry that you have not looked at my history on ebay as I am in dispute over this item and at the moment am very disatisified with ebay and the treatment and safeguards around good custumers like I have been.It is making me very nervous to use you as customer protection is lax and gives no guarantee of the full protection given if I had purchased this item from a wholesaler, retailer or shop outlet.I feel you need to look seriously at customer guarantee and put such poilcies in place in the future that it is your responsibility to claw back any fraudulant behaviour not the buyer.I am left at the moment very frustrated because I am unable to purchase a similar item until I have been reimbursed. yours sincerely, bob

Got ripped off by an eBay "Verified Business Seller".

I'll stick to the high street in future. May be a bit more expensive, but I WILL receive the products that I want.
