National Treasure 2 - Book Of Secrets (DVD)

A fab family film, light hearted with some dramatic scenes of exploration and conquest, with really excellant research and analysis conversations between actors that had you helping them too LOL .A Really good cast and the story was clear and concise. All the family enjoyed it.

the film is really good for all to watch. when i saw this in the cinema i knew i'd have to buy it for home. All those who like a good puzzle film i'd recommed this film.

An excellent film even though it is a sequel it will have you sitting in the edge of your seat. Enjoy *****

I love mystery-adventures which use historic fact and/or fiction in their premise. Nicolas Cage is one of my ultimate favourite actors and the lure of Jon Voight and Helen Mirren playing his sparring parents was another plus point when it came to purchasing. The only thing to dislike about this movie is the villain who is an outdated caricature of the villain from the first movie - over the top at the best of times (shame for the actor in the role).
I recommend this to anyone who likes a good adventure to fill an empty slot of your weekend.

Bought this Dvd to go into my collection as I've already got the first one and for £3.90, i can't really go wrong-I just hope that it's good.

Not that impressed with this sequel.
follows more less in the footsteps of the original.
Usual clues follow one after the other ending in the usual fast action
finale. Nicolas and Co washed out

I would recommend it if people who liked the first movie. It is an excellent movie with Nicolas Cage.

Have both DVD's now there great Full of Mystery and action thrown into one. Nicholas Cage is superb as usual and i enjoyed every minute of it.

This was a great film and kept me entertaind thouh out the whole time i was viewing it. great film and quality recording.

I bought this DVD off of Ebay as I had seen it at the cinema and I thought it rocked!
I really enjoyed watching it, and as I am a fan of Nicolas Cage, this added to the reason I bourght it. I bought it off of Ebay as it is quicker and cheaper than buying it in the shops most of the time. I really like the bit in National Treasure 2 when Ben Gates (Cage) puts his arm in the rock trying to get something out, and his parents, wife and bestc freind are against him doing this as they think he will lose his hand so for a laugh he starts to scream. Everyone else screams and then he starts to laugh. It was so funny. Ben's parents reminded me of my grandparents although they are still married they argue like this almost everyday over anything including whether or not to put the dishwasher on. But they love each otehr really. I decided to buy it as I loved the film and main actor, my grandad who watched it with me also enjoyed it, and because my Grandma didn't see it I thought she may enjoy it so I bought it for her to watch as well.

Is it just me or is Nicholas Cage one of the most versatile and talented actors ever?
This is a well deserved sequel and is everything we have come to expect from any project involving Nicholas Cage.

Decided to buy because I thought one was really good but the day after I bid for it HMV were selling new ones for £5 but I guess that is the way it goes. Condition of DVD was very good and I am still glad I purchased it from the seller if the money was going to her son.

After thoroughly enjoying the first National Treasure film, I couldn't wait to get the follow up National Treasure 2 - Book of secrets to add to my DVD collection. It's a fun filled feature, that keeps you on your toes (so to speak). Great for all the family to watch!

As I've already stated I had to buy this DVD, a great sequel to the first National Treasure film. It's also great that the original cast are in the film. Great acting by all, fantastic feature all round. Love to watch on a rainy afternoon, just vegin out infront of the tv. Excellent, hope you enjoy it as much a my family did!!

Must admit, enjoyed National Treasure 2 more than the original. Nicholas Cage was just mean't for this role, it starts off slow, but once going, it's like being on a rollercoaster ride. An action packed 2hrs of great family entertainment.

It was an excellent film...As the first film was...If you like adventure then you will love this one....

Having liked the first outing of National Treasure I was hoping that the follow up would have the same amount of clever twists and turns.

Instead there was a quick trip around some of the top tourist locations in the world, with scenarios that were more than just pure fiction. The action was rather on the slow side and there were very few surprises.

An amiable outing for the story and the treasure was, of course, found, but the sub plot regarding the assasination of Abraham Lincoln was not explained properly to my liking.

Perhaps I was expecting too much from a sequel, but i had hoped it was going to be so much better!

The film was very good. I decided to buy this film beacuse i have seen the others and i wanted to see this one.

wont bother with ebay again just order it from amazon or play quicker and more reliable, is it me or has ebay just got rubbish non payers scammers waste of time better to just buy it elsewhere

This is disney at its best, super story brilliant acting, and the settings are very imaginative, i have wanted to own this title the first chance i had and am very pleased to have bought this film lets hope theres a number 3.
