Mr. Motivator's All New BLT Workout (DVD)

Even though this is an old work out - I used to have it on video - the dvd is dated 2006, I can't remember how long ago Mr Motivator was on the television, mid 1990's? The work out itself is quite good, I tried not to take any notice of the "lovely" workout clothes the people had on(!) It is good that you can choose which work out you want to do, they are approx 7 minutes long, each of them. The army style ones are quite good. I really enjoyed a blast from the past!
