Motorola W156 Cell Phone

Bought this because I just needed a phone that had clear reception, and was easy to use. This does all this. It's lightweight, the battery seems to last for DAYS as it switches itself off into "sleep" mode when not in use.

I have a digital camera, so I don't need a phone that takes photos. What I did need was a reliable mobile - and that is what I got. Fab for the money!

Well this is one of many budget models currently avalible, but have many features that may be more use than others.

Ideal for the first user or someone with a need for a second phone etc.... or even as a main phone! if your not someone who used a camera or the wap function then this is definaly worth a look, as this is ideal for text messages and calls.

This model - Motorola W156 offers

A large and clear display Black & White display - This does offer a more clearer view than the other sub £20.00 mobile phones as with alot of these have colour screens with a 65k colors normally on the small size and does'nt offer the user a clear and crisp display as this black and white does.

This model is also fitted with the ever popular flat keypad as used in many of the higher spec motorola phones with its customary sexy blue backlite.

Although this mobile is slighty longer that some it is resonably slim and well built, feels good in the hand and looks more expensive than it really is.

For this price it also features Crystal Talk Technology - which is very effective and give you are really good sound.

Overall if your looking for a budget mobile you could do a lot worse than to by this model - compared to other brands priced less than £20.00

Nokia - Alcatel & Sagem also offer similar specs but tend to have have slightly smaller screens.

This phone has a standard mini usb charging socket - long battery life and good build quality. ill give it 9 out of 10 for sub £20.00 market

If you can get this as cheap as i did £9.99 inc postage and with £5 credit on the orange network you will be very happy.

I bought the Motorola W156 on ebay to replace one I lost.
Delivery was very prompt and the product was charged and in use an hour later.
It is very easy to find your way around this mobile phone, unlike some Iv'e had. The sound quality is as good as any one could expect.
It is economical and I am pleased with my purchase.
I'd recommend it to any one.

loved the price, and credit. basic phone, but ideal to just keep in contact with the user. My son looses his phones regularly so this is ideal as I have to contact him often so the price is affordable. For a child this phone is ideal for same resons, can make contact when needed and is easy to use.

This is is not an internet browser, a camera, video player, music player or a kitchen sink. This is a telephone that I can carry in my pocket and it allows me to make and receive phone calls. Bought one of these about 6 weeks ago. It was unlocked like this one and took it to Thailand and Vietnam. Worked 100% out there using their sim cards. Not interested in phones that can take photo's, video or play MP3 as I have a netbook to do that. Just needed a phone to make calls and easy to use and understand. Can recommend this phone.

Very pleased with this mobile phone. Extremely good value for the price. The important feature for me is it's long battery life.

i bought it because i needed a cheap phone that was functional. It is light and not an eyesore. i do not like that it only has one ring tone. That was the only down point. good value for money as the phone is unlocked and ready to go.

it was cheap, does what i want and very quick service, would use supplier again if needed, ebay is agood way of finding bargains

This phone is a Glove box phone and such is its use. Keep this phone in your glove box compartment as an emergency phone for if your main phone is forgotten at home or run out of battery.
