This is a fantastic phone!!
I love the fact its got a usb port and its so easy to transfer music pics and videos to and from the computer.
Its stylish and the camara and sound features are awesome. i had some trouble with putting a photo to a contact aswell but it didnt take long for me to find out you have to store the picture you wish to use to the phone and also the contact.

Excellent phone which does eveything it says it does, and has good battery life. Quite a struggle to get it unlocked from O2 but I got there in the end!

this phone has almost everything you need from a phone,i bought this this make of phone as they are really sturdy and can take a good knock about this is my second one my old one still works fine its 4 year old now and my daughter has even thrown it down the toilet you can see why i top rate this

I like the shape,size and contents on the V360,I originally bought it because my other V360 was damaged and I needed a replacement,I was slightly disappointed when I received my new V360 because the phone was a T Mobile pay as you go phone rather than an o2 phone,apart from this the phone is ok,I may be able to sign up with o2 providing I can change my network provider.

I bought this phone brand new from a clearance dealer on ebay. The package was complete and the phone looked good. However I couldn't use it because, as T-Mobile told me when I rang them, they had "cancelled the number". I was pretty annoyed of course, and it took a lot of effort and wait to get my money back from the seller. What I thought was most annoying was that T-Mobile wouldn't "Un-cancel" the phone so that I could become their Pay-As-You-Go client, which you would have thought was of benefit to them. Moral of my story - I'll never again consider T-Mobile as a service provider, their agent was so dismissive and unhelpful. Don't buy a phone locked to T-mobile!

I am delighted with this phone - purchased brand new from a discount e-bay shop at a very affordable price. It is easy to use - has buttons which I can actually see and has all the extra 'gadgets' expected of the current release of phones.
I would recommend this phone to anyone - whatever age you may be!
